Friday, January 31st, 2025 – the attendance? Full! Surprised? We’re not. At Innofied, we don’t just work hard—we celebrate harder! This time, it was our 13th Foundation Day, so we turned the excitement up to the max. A mix of music, games, delicious food, and a beautiful cake—we had it all. And trust us, it wasn’t just any Friday, it was a Full-on Fri-Yay!
Cheers to 13 Years:
Back in 2012, two fearless Bong visionaries, Sandip Saha and Swarnendu De, decided to shake things up in the tech world. With a 3-member team in a one-room office in Kolkata, they laid the foundation of Innofied—a name that would soon become a global player in web & mobile app development. From then to now, we’ve worked with 400+ clients, grown to 70+ techies, spread across 4 continents, and proudly joined NASSCOM. Oh, and did we mention our two buzzing Development Centers in Kolkata and Pune?
The Visionaries Behind Innofied:
We kicked off the day in true sports spirit—with a cricket match! Some of us hit sixes, some hit fresh air, and a few just ran between the wickets for cardio. But hey, at least we all looked like pros!
And finally, the grand cake-cutting! It sat there, looking all fancy and picture-perfect—until we got to it. Within moments, it was history, vanished quicker than a weekend!

Post-cake, we jumped into badminton, table tennis, carrom, and even gun shooting! Some hit bullseyes, while others hit everything but the target!

And then came the moment everyone was waiting for—the Awards Ceremony! We started by giving a special shoutout to our little VIPs (the kids!), followed by recognizing our team members for their contributions to Innofied. We also presented awards and trophies to the cricket champion team and the top three gun shooters. Claps, cheers, and, of course, coffee and snacks to keep the energy high!
